The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of assigned projects, coordination of logistical items required for project implementation, pre and post job customer contact, and management of on-site personnel, job profitability and completion of job related paperwork.
1. Manage projects in a professional and timely manner. 2. Manage assigned technicians 3. Ensure quality control over assigned projects 4. Customer communications and satisfaction 5. Reporting and Documentation 6. P&L Management of each job
JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Must have current and valid Drivers License with good driving record • Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen and physical • Minimum of High School education • 4 year degree or Military NCO or equivalent work in cellular telecommunications industry a PLUS • Ability to manage and lead a team of 6 to 8 individuals • Prior experience in project managing D.C. Power/Battery a PLUS • Excellent communication, coaching, negotiating and influence skills • Able to travel at least 30% • Strong interpersonal and responsiveness skill for both internal and external customers • Strong computer skills: Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
