Job Description
ETAK Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager for our location in McDonough, GA. The person in this position will be expected to read and interpret Cad or Visio drawings. They will need to be able to drive to remote locations, do site walks and identify equipment like: -24 volt + 48 volt, radio and microwave equipment, HUB site, and DC power. The Operations Manager will be expected to travel 30% to locations in different states, that may require lengthy overnight stays.

Requirements
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of assigned projects, coordination of logistical items required for project implementation, pre and post job customer contact, and management of on-site personnel, job profitability and completion of job related paperwork.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Must have current and valid Drivers License with good driving record • Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen and physical • Minimum of High School education • 4 year degree or Military NCO or equivalent work in cellular telecommunications industry a PLUS • Ability to manage and lead a team of 6 to 8 individuals • Prior experience in project managing D.C. Power/Battery a PLUS • Excellent communication, coaching, negotiating and influence skills • Able to travel at least 30% • Strong interpersonal and responsiveness skill for both internal and external customers • Strong computer skills: Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
