The IT Network Manager has the responsibility for the daily performance and availability of the organization's data/voice network. This role analyzes the network to recommend upgrades/changes and assesses organization's current and future network needs.
The IT Network Manager oversees the daily operations of network staff and records incidents and changes. The position introduces and maintains applications that will monitor and manage the network hardware and data/voice communication circuits. The IT Network Manager is responsible for managing network services around the clock by using this technology as part of an operations center.

Develop, implement, maintain, and oversee all applications, hardware, and services related to voice/data communications such as routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless communications
Review, develop, and maintain the enterprise's network architecture design
Assist with the design and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans, procedures, audits and enhancements as it relates to network data communications
Work closely with other IT Leaders on corporate technology development for networking systems
Responsible for driving the Satellite Healthcare culture through values and customer service standards
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: University degree in the field of computer science or business administration
Experience: Seven (7) years of experience managing and/or directing IT network operations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent hands-on understanding of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, AP)
Good understanding of application systems characteristic with managing and monitoring networking systems
Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management
Excellent understanding of project management principles
Proven leadership ability
