- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve wireless communication equipment problems with customers in a positive and efficient manner. - Repair customer equipment by replacing defective modules or components through standard troubleshooting procedures and practices - Install coaxial and fiber-optic cabling, connectors, antennas, and couplers in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards - Deliver and execute customer Functional Acceptance Test Plans (FATP), perform and document results of site surveys and assessments per defined customer requirements in pre-sales delivery and post installation - MOTOTRBO installation experience preferred - Network design and RF experience - CET certification is ideal
- RF - Two-way radio experience - Understanding of Network design - Installing large MOTOTRBO system - IP Site Connect - BOM for both equipment and parts - On Site skills both installing and service large enterprise systems - Paging - Good presentation skills in front of perspective and existing customers - Verticals (not limited to): Petrochemical, Airline/Airport, Nuclear, Hospitality, Education
