To perform a variety of receptionist duties, including and most importantly, answering and processing incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrates reliability, promptness, and professional appearance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):
Process and transfer incoming calls for CTIA and its subsidiaries.
Respond to callers in a timely and professional manner and determine the nature and direction of the call.
Respond to routine questions and forward calls to appropriate staff member in appropriate department.
Receive and log-in all incoming checks for the Accounting Department on a daily basis and in a timely and confidential manner.
Schedule CTIA meetings via Microsoft Outlook and ensure conference rooms are ready for meetings.
Provide back-up support to mailroom.
Stock kitchens with coffee and supplies
Pick-up daily newspapers and put them out for distribution
Assist with expense report processing as requested
Take attendance of in-house fitness classes and submit names to accounting

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Requires prior related office experience in addition to the educational requirement.
Detail-oriented with knowledge of grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in proofreading skills and strong communications skills are required.
