SUMMARY: The Coordinator, HR & Administration is primarily responsible for providing administrative support for the HR/Administration department. This position reports directly to the Director, HR and Administration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):
Provide administrative support with regulatory and compliance issues for benefit plans
Facilitate on-boarding and termination processes to ensure the requisite paperwork is processed and completed according to established timelines
Maintain personnel files and ensure all necessary paperwork is on file for annual audit
Coordinate and assist with employee review and evaluation process
Coordinate with multiple benefit providers regarding enrollment, termination, and benefit support issues
Work with HR Manager and accounting department to process bi-weekly payroll
Code and route invoices for approval through A/P system
Assist with recruiting process to include use of job boards, recruiting agencies, and internal and external websites
Update and post announcements on CTIA intranet and ctia.org job board
Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring supervisors as needed
Provide assistance with organizing company sponsored activities and initiatives
Act as the primary back-up to HR Manager with administrative HR functions in WorkforceNow/ADP
Act as the primary back-up to the Assistant, Admin on all facility and administrative functions provided to the department
Assist with risk management activities related to procuring of Association professional liability insurance.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Experience in Microsoft Office, with advanced experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint. Previous experience with ADP/ WorkforceNow desired.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: B.A (or B.S.) preferred. 1-2 years office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Detail-oriented with knowledge of grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in proofreading skills and strong communications skills are required.
