To perform facilities management, administrative duties, and reception coverage. Must demonstrate reliability, promptness, and have professional appearance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):
•Work with building management regarding facilities issues
•Configure Conference furniture for meetings as needed
•Keep mail and supply rooms organized and properly stocked with office supplies
•Stock kitchens with sodas and snacks
•Assist Manager, Administration with the upkeep and maintenance of copiers
•Coordinate and schedule routine carpet cleaning
•Act as POC with contractors for afterhours work
•Conduct annual asset inventory
•Perform additional duties and tasks as required

KNOWLEDGE: Requires the following: a fundamental knowledge of English, a basic familiarity with office procedures, policies and practices.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Demonstrated proficiency with word processing, and knowledge of spreadsheets and database management.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma required. Previous construction experience would be helpful. 1-2 years office experience required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Detail-oriented with knowledge of grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in proofreading skills and strong communications skills are required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing frequently. The employee must frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds. Based on business needs early mornings, late nights, and weekends are sometimes required.
