The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions to all CTIA departments. The Business Analyst is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to the association staff, and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Bridge the gap between non-technical users and the IT department to ensure successful technology deployments.
Work with departmental stakeholders at all levels including SVP, VP, Director and Manager to elicit, document, agree upon and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
Lead customer outreach programs including presentations and solution demonstrations.
Utilize project management protocols and standards to achieve specific goals and results.
Manage project scope to ensure timely delivery and change control process during project execution to avoid surprises.
Source, evaluate and leverage/select new and existing solutions that best fit business and user requirements.
Draft RFPs for evaluation and selection of technical solutions for business requirements.
Work with users to develop business case scenarios and benefits realization plans.
Develop and maintain acceptance criteria for project deliverables.
Assist business users in implementing and making best use of software solutions.
Assist the QA function in test planning and execution, and guide users in best practices for user acceptance testing (UAT).
Use process improvement methodologies and tools to assist business users in analysis, design and implementation of more effective processes.
Foster a culture of innovation by sharing lessons learned with the IT team.

PMI-PBA, CAPM, PMP or any relevant BA/PM certification/qualification.
Experience Miscosoft Visio, Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint effectively.
SharePoint and Ofice 365 solutions experience.
SDLC and IT Operations experience.
Education / Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business/Technology or related fields.
At least 3 years professional experience in Business Analyst/Project Manager or a similar role.
Experience working in an association, or in a similar professional services environment.
