Associates of Applied Science in Information Technology or a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus a Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA) or equivalent work experience are required. Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. A valid Nebraska driver’s license is required. Education, related experience and/or training or equivalent combination as determined by the CEO. Computer Skills
Must be able to understand and proficiently use electronic spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software and related computer programs designated for specific financial work as required by the position. Must have knowledge of scripting languages, e.g. Bash, Batch, Python or similar. Must have knowledge of databases including the ability to write and execute SQL statements and similar. Familiarity with UNIX type operating systems is required. Physical Qualifications
This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. It also requires above average communication skills, including speaking, hearing, and vision capabilities. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Position may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The work environment is generally a climate-controlled office with adequate lighting and low noise levels. May occasionally require outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions.
