Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required
• Ability to lead and manage a geographically distributed workforce operating in a matrixed organization in support of internal and external customers
• Strong financial acumen
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills including the ability to facilitate meetings, make effective presentations, and write proposals, as required
• Able to work with minimum supervision in a matrix organization
• Thorough understanding of utility industry practices, operations, contract administration, contract management and standards
• Proficient in undersstanding and application of CAD software and Microsoft Office products
• A strong demonstrated commitment to utility construction safety and quality is required
• Knowledgeable in preparing and maintaining Project Plans
• Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
• Ability to traverse in an office setting and construction job site
