 Overview:  Reporting to the VP of Legal Affairs &#8211; North America, the Senior Counsel will be the day-to-day advisor and counselor to Sonova&#8217;s US and Canada group companies&#8217; respective HR functions and business managers on all issues involving federal and state employment laws, rules and regulations, including employment-related litigation. In addition, the Senior Counsel will have responsibility for commercial contracting support and other related duties, as assigned, from time to time.

 Experience:  A minimum of 5-7 years of legal experience across a broad range of employment law matters and jurisdictions with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. In-house experience is preferred but not required.</description>
